Terms and Conditions

Last updated: October 20, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://ms-mephub.com (the “Site”), operated by MS MEPhub (“MS MEPhub,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using the Site, or by submitting a form on it, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who may use the Site

The Site is intended for architects, developers, building owners, contractors, facility managers and other professionals in the United States who are interested in MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire-protection) engineering services. You must be at least 18 years old to submit information through the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

2. Information on the Site is not engineering advice

The articles, checklists, descriptions of services, code references and other content on the Site are provided for general information only. They are not engineering, legal or code-compliance advice for any specific building or project, and they do not create an engineer-client relationship.

Codes, standards and local requirements change and vary by jurisdiction. Do not rely on the Site’s content to design, build, modify, permit or operate any building system. Decisions about a specific project should be made with a licensed professional engineer who has reviewed the actual conditions of that project.

3. Professional services are governed by a written agreement

Engineering services are provided only under a written proposal or agreement signed or accepted by you and by us (a “Proposal”). The Proposal defines the scope, deliverables, schedule, fees and terms for that project. If a Proposal conflicts with these Terms, the Proposal controls for that project.

Submitting a form, sending us files or receiving a reply from us does not by itself create an engagement or obligate either party. Any timelines, approaches or figures discussed before a Proposal is accepted are preliminary and non-binding.

4. Licensing and service area

Engineering work that requires a professional seal is performed and sealed only by engineers licensed in the state where the project is located. As stated on the Site: licensed engineering in New Jersey, New York and Florida; site visits across Texas, Florida, New Jersey and New York. Statements about our service area describe where we can coordinate projects and do not represent that we hold a professional license in any other state.

5. Information you send us

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information, drawings and files you send us, and you confirm that you have the right to share them. Please do not send confidential information through the Site’s forms unless we have agreed on how it will be handled; formal project documents are best exchanged after a Proposal is in place. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
  • submit false, misleading or spam content through our forms;
  • upload or transmit malware or any code designed to harm the Site or its users;
  • scrape, copy or harvest content or data from the Site by automated means without our written permission;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers or connected systems, or interfere with their operation.

7. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, photos, project images, logos, the MS MEPhub name and the design of the Site, are owned by MS MEPhub or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages of the Site for your own internal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, republish or create derivative works from the Site’s content without our prior written permission.

Ownership and use of drawings, models and other deliverables prepared for a project are governed by the Proposal for that project.

8. Third-party links

The Site may link to websites operated by others, such as state engineering boards and code bodies. We provide these links for convenience only and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ITS CONTENT IS CURRENT OR COMPLETE.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MS MEPHUB AND ITS AFFILIATES, OWNERS, EMPLOYEES AND ENGINEERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE OR ITS CONTENT, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THIS SECTION DOES NOT LIMIT LIABILITY UNDER A SIGNED PROPOSAL, WHICH IS GOVERNED BY ITS OWN TERMS, OR ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MS MEPhub and its affiliates from any claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the “Last updated” date at the top. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

14. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the use of the Site.
