Our electrical engineers design power distribution, lighting and life-safety systems that comply with the National Electrical Code and local amendments. We perform load studies, size services and feeders, lay out panel schedules and produce photometric lighting designs that balance code, energy and experience.
For complex projects we deliver arc-flash and short-circuit coordination studies, emergency and standby power design, and renewable or EV-charging integration. In existing buildings, we engineer electrical service upgrades and capacity studies to support new loads and electrification.

How do you approach electrical service upgrades in existing buildings?
We start with a capacity study: measured demand, existing gear condition and available utility service. From there we engineer the most cost-effective path — panel replacement, service upgrade or load management — and coordinate the work in phases to keep the building operating.
Can you design for EV charging and electrification?
Yes. We size services and distribution for EV-charger banks, heat-pump conversions and other electrification loads, and we model the impact on the building’s electrical capacity so owners can plan investments against the 2030 energy horizon.
What codes govern electrical design?
The National Electrical Code (NFPA 70) is the baseline, with NFPA 70E for safety, NFPA 110 for emergency power, and IECC / ASHRAE 90.1 for energy. Local amendments and utility requirements also apply, and we document compliance for the AHJ.
